Más Movimiento Latin Dance Company began with a deep love for Rueda de Casino and a desire to share it with the Temecula Valley. In the early days, it was a small group of dancers coming together to practice, learn, and build a community centered around Cuban culture and connection.
Rueda de Casino is a Cuban partner dance performed in a circle, where multiple couples move together while a leader calls out each pattern. Dancers respond in unison, creating a lively and interactive experience that includes partner changes and rhythmic footwork. It is often compared to square dancing, but with the energy and musicality of Cuban Salsa. The result is a dance that feels social, engaging, and full of life.
Since our founding in 2020, Más Movimiento has grown into a vibrant home for Latin dance. With training from world class instructors in Escondido, San Diego, Havana, and Santiago de Cuba, we now offer Casino, Cha Cha Chá, Bachata, Salsa, and Cumbia in a welcoming environment.
Today, we continue to build a space where dancers of all levels can feel comfortable, grow their skills, and connect with others through movement. Our goal is to share the culture, rhythm, and experience of Latin dance in a way that brings people together both on and off the dance floor.
